Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information from Mind Harmony Psychology Clinics

Given the unfolding situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within Australia and across the world, we wanted to provide you with an update on the precautionary measures we are putting into place across our clinics to protect our staff and clients.

We have been closely monitoring the situation and are staying across the official health and workplace advice provided by the Australian Department of Health, NSW Health and the Australian Psychological Association.

While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleaning standards in place, as a precaution, we have introduced a number of additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safe environment.

Aligned with Government and expert health advice, these measures include, thorough washing of hands, use of gloves and more frequent cleaning and disinfecting of all our clinics particularly public areas such as bathrooms and waiting areas. Hand sanitiser will also now be available at all clinics including at entry doors and bathrooms.

Further to this, we have reinforced with our staff the importance of monitoring their own health and if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness, they are to remain at home.

For the safety and health of our staff and the whole community, we are also asking all of our clients to practice good general hygiene and we request that if you have been overseas recently, to let us know.

Should you feel anxious about attending the clinic or have been restricted to home quarantine, please request a consultation via video-conferencing. Each of our practitioners are registered for confidential online consultations. Simply make an appointment as usual, request an online session, (leave your email), and your psychologist will connect you at your appointment time.
